Data Source
This study collected extensive customer review data from the well-known restaurant chain Jiji Hong Hotpot. Founded on January 1, 2001, in Nanchang, Jiangxi, Jiji Hong Hotpot has deeply explored the Jiangxi market with a strong supply chain system and continues to plan for future development. The dataset includes customer review information from Jiji Hong's directly-operated stores within Jiangxi province.
